hello, just wated to know about what different textures people like, for example, i like furry things, silky things, shiny things and sandpaper.
I like shiny smoothe things, and velvet.
Velvet and even a soft corduroy fabric is nice. Satin is also nice too.
As far as things other than fabrics, I like smooth surfaces with rounded edges. If I had the room to store such things I'd love to collect perfume bottles and little glass objects of all sorts.
Well, I do just that Libra Lady. Got a whole hat box full of those little sample perfume bottles, all different shapes, sizes and even textures, I used to collect soap because I love the feel and also the smells, I love the feel of velvet things, shiny plasticky Christmasy things, really really soft leathery things, suede things, velvety/silky things, really shiny stones and things off the beach Etc Etc. Jen.
I love feeling some of the smoothe seashells I found on a beach when my family and I went to florida. It amazes me that the ocean's movement created something so pretty.
i find that interesting.
i don't like moist things though, like slime, or seaweed.
I've really never thought of fabrics or materials that I like... Hmm. I like real velvet, buck skin leather and especially flannel and terry cloth. Those thin fuzzy blankets they have in many hotels are amazing and I've had one for about two years now. I also like smooth stones. I love the feeling of touching my boyfriend's face and of soft, older skin. Don't ask me why.
